Eskom says its implemented stage 2 load shedding with immediate effect. the power utility says this is because of unplanned outages and an increased generation plant being out for planned maintenance. eskom's khulu phasiwe says stage two rotational load shedding began at 9 am and will be implemented until 10 pm..
